What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround time is 2 Days and our revisions are 1 business day.
How do I upload the footage and audio to you?
Simply upload your content to any cloud storage service and when you submit your project to us you just need to include the download link there and we’ll be good to go!
How does the whole process work?
Once you finish recording your podcast you upload your footage/audio to a cloud hosting service. Then you create a project on our website by completing a short form. Simply include the download link and any special instructions on that form and that’s it! We will edit it and send it back within 1 - 2 business days. At that point you can request any revisions you might want. Revisions take just 1 business day.
Would I have an assigned member of your team, or just whoever is available?
We will assign a member of our team to your account. They will learn your style and voice and craft a great sounding, entertaining podcast for you and your listeners. We will also assign a backup editor as well. That way we'll always be able to deliver no matter what.
How will I communicate with you?
